Shipping policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During high volume periods (e.g., holidays or product launches), processing times may be extended.

 

Preorder Timeline 

Preorder items typically require 5–6 weeks for production, embroidery, quality control, packaging, and shipping. Customers are informed of the estimated shipping timeframe before purchase and receive updates throughout the fulfillment process.

 

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates.

International Shipping
We currently do offer international shipping. If applicable:
Customs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.

Lost or Damaged Packages
Monay’s Designs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at monayshandcraftereddesigns@gmail.com

with your order number and a photo of the damaged item.
