How Your Order Works

Every Monays piece is made with care, from embroidery to final delivery. Many of our items are made to order, allowing us to create each piece just for you.

Preorders: Please allow approximately 4–6 weeks from the date your order is placed for preorder items to be produced and shipped. This timeframe allows us to receive materials, complete the embroidery process, and prepare your order for delivery.

Shipping: Once your order has been completed and shipped, please allow an additional 3–5 business days for delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped so you can follow its journey to you.

Thank you for choosing Monays. 💚
